- best practice gender-based violence prevention and response to support compliance with the forthcoming National Higher Education Code to Prevent and Respond to Gender-based Violence
- gender-based violence policies, processes and complaints procedures that align with the new National Student Ombudsman.
With the private and not-for-profit sectors: Working with organisations to effectively implement and report against the new Positive Duty legal obligations in the Sex Discrimination Act and state and territory-based requirements.
With governments: Providing subject matter expertise to shape policy development, regulatory settings, guidance notes, compliance reporting and data requirements. We also facilitate respectful, meaningful and sensitive stakeholder engagement on behalf of governments.
